365 PEDIATRIC CANCER FUND

Presented by the Nashville Predators & the NHL

Launched during the 2013-14 season, the 365 Pediatric Cancer Fund presented by Twice Daily is an initiative of the Nashville Predators Foundation and two of the team's icons, goaltender Pekka Rinne and former captain Shea Weber.
The 365 Pediatric Cancer Fund presented by Twice Daily works with Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt to raise funds and awareness for cancer research. Additionally, the initiative coordinates with the team to host a series of opportunities that enable the hospital's young patrons and their families to get a special dose of the Smashville hockey experience.

ST BALDRICK'S FOUNDATION

Childhood Cancer Research Charity

In the 1950s, almost all kids diagnosed with cancer died. Because of research, today about 90% of kids with the most common type of cancer will live. But for many other types, progress has been limited, and for some kids there is still little hope for a cure.

WHEN YOUR CHILD HAS CANCER

The ACS Addresses Common Questions

The diagnosis of cancer in a child or teenager can be a devastating blow to parents and other family members who love the child. Cancer creates an instant crisis in the family. Here ACS provides information to help parents of children with cancer know what to expect.  Here they offer suggestions on topics such as coping with the diagnosis, dealing with financial and insurance issues, and nutrition for children with cancer.

Two minutes from now, a child will be diagnosed with cancer, and another family will be faced with the very real possibility of losing their child. When you support us, you support them.
